Kostiantyn Sen’s computer-generated image “Hope” shows a woman with eyes closed and a face tilted upwards, who senses the freedom of the sky above her which becomes a symbol of hope. In the deep blue of the surface as a mirror of the sky and the oceans, Sens’ digital creation becomes a symbol of Europe. Europe as a significant figure, abducted on the back of a bull and brought to the island Crete, which depicts the place of origin of European identity. The hope of becoming part of this European world is dissolving faster than the cold digital snow falling on it.
