Tobias Handorf studied communication design in Cologne. There he subsequently worked in the renowned design studio Großgestalten (today Studio Köln). In Switzerland, he worked as art director for the campaign for an unconditional basic income and realised the world’s largest poster at the time as the campaign’s media action. Further work, such as the STOP campaigns against the surveillance of insured persons, followed. Since 2018, Tobias Handorf and Caspar Wündrich have been working together as EchoEcho Studio. In addition to the designer duo’s day-to-day business, they work freely on the intersection between graphics and art.
Odo Hans works as a freelance artist and operator of a science blog on the subject of thinking. In his work, he applies strategies to dissolve media redundancies and normative structures. From stereotype to monotype. Recent publications include ‘EPI’ and ‘Body Becomes Body’. Odo Hans is the winner of the Life Framer Award. He has exhibited in New York at ClampArt Gallery, in Tokyo at Reminders Photography Stronghold Gallery and in Milan at Officine Fotografiche, among others.
Natalia Liersam studied political science and international relations at Ivan Franko University Lviv and communication design with a focus on film at HSD/Peter Behrens School of Arts, Düsseldorf. She works as a freelance filmmaker and photographer in the fields of documentary, advertising to cultural projects. She has been exhibited many times and has received funding from the Anna Sabat Foundation. She has been living between Düsseldorf and Lviv for 10 years.
Kristine Schon studied cultural studies and fine arts in Kyiv. She is a passionate jazz and blues singer and lends her voice not only at many Ukrainian demonstrations in Germany, but also for many years at concerts and competitions throughout Germany.
Caspar Wündrich studied communication design in Berlin and Cologne. During his studies he worked as a freelance graphic designer for various non-profit organisations. Also freelance art director for Tempus Corporate—a company of Zeit Verlag. Between 2013-2018 employed as art director at ssp formfaktor and lecturer for typography and editorial design at the Academy for Communication Design, Cologne. Since the beginning of 2018, he has been running the design studio EchoEcho in Cologne together with Tobias Handorf. Since 2020, he has been studying at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie Berlin, photographing people and documentaries, creating sculptures from everyday objects and writing short stories.
